What we collect

When you RSVP, we collect your name, email, and whichever of phone, mailing address, and plus one's name you choose to add. When you submit a photo, we collect the image file and, if you give it, your name. Site admins (Noah, Amy, and Rody) have their own name and email on file to sign in.

Why we collect it

To plan the celebrations, to review photo submissions before they appear in the public gallery, and to send you updates about the events you RSVP'd to — including, if you RSVP for the Minneapolis celebration, the address and directions by email. That address is never published on this website.

Who can see it

Only Noah, Amy, and Rody, once approved as site admins. Submitted photos are private until an admin approves them; rejected photos are deleted.

Where it's stored

RSVPs and photo records live in a Cloudflare D1 database; photo files live in Cloudflare R2. Emails are sent through Cloudflare's own Email Sending service — we don't use a third-party email provider, and we don't sell or share your information with anyone.

Message updates

Admins may email everyone who's RSVP'd, or just the guests for one celebration, with event updates. These are personal wedding-planning messages, not marketing — if you'd rather not receive them, contact Noah and Amy directly.
